we had ordered a polaroid instant camera and it was delivered to me in the month of October. later i found that the camera is not Woking properly.though the 30 day replacement was over i told them that is not working and i need a service centre no. its been 5 days with lots of phone call and emails still i have not been able to repair my camera as there is no service centre. i sent an email to london office and they told me to return the camera to retailer . i forwarded that email to them but still they are not helping.

I want that first and foremost they replace my camera with a proper working camera or please return my money .
