I had placed an order for one HP Laptop for Rs 379990 on 28/07/2013. My Order Id is OD30728074647. As per terms of delivery it was to be delivered within 2 – 3 working days but even after calling their customer care on daily basis it is not delivered yet. Their website has update since 30 th july that the subject shipment is lying at their Hub but no update after that. The customer service is very poor. Everytime I call their customer care number, they give me delivery time of next 24 to 48 days

1) Immediete delivery 2) Monetary compensation of any token amount to penalise them
