Flipcart – delivera defective product and now not replace the product and continuosly extend time

I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB AND FOUND DEFECTIVE AND THEN replacement of my tab because of defective piece on different address on which i shopped i clear this thing to THIER first representative AND mentioned my new addresS. But in starting when I talk to THIER representative THEY said that it is not possible and continuously extend time. they continuously arguing me and put my call on hold at least for 15 min every time someday they said my tab is replaced by 26 th then someday they said by 28th and today they said 30th but on today last call they said this is not possible to change my tab upto 2 weeks. i fully cooperated with THIER team and gave at least 15 days for the same but from THIER side they continuously make fool of me. Now i dont have any way except filling a police complaint against THEM i am a old customer of flipkart and purchase many things from flipkart but this attitude of flipkart forced me to think again before purchasing any thing from it.

I CALL THEM FOR REPLACEMENT FROM LAST 15 DAYS EVERY TIME THEY MAKE FOOL OF ME. I GOT DEPRESSED EVERY TIME. I SPENT RS. 16000 TO PURCHASE THE ITEM BUT I CANT USE AS IT IS DEFECTIVE
