Flipcart – delivery failures fake promises

Hi, This is with reference to all the orders that you may be able to see on my account. Before I start writing this email, I have been promised call backs by 4 managers on different occasions & none of them called back. I will be taking legal action against Flipkart for the delivery failures, fake promises, ,inconveniences, mental stress, trauma, damage to my personal reputation – caused by the below mentioned sequence of events by Flipkart & its representatives, if a proper justification & resolution is not provided by authorities responsible for replying back to this email. (Note : Complete call recordings of every call made to Flipkart customer service is available) Issues faced on multiple occasions when ordering from Flipkart.com, 1) With the Issue we face in December Order no : OD31220082893 & OD31219036406 , Summary – 4 watches ordered, boxes were full of dirt,filth, liquid spillage spots & scratched, No Quality Check Done certificate or assurance sticker on the product, Your customer service Offered me to take Rs 500 and Close the case. Case closed as I was trusted you that it may be its a one time mistake. – Assurance was provided by the customer service rep that it will never happen again. 2) Order no : OD40406072889 – Bought as a gift for my cousin as a wedding gift. Issues – The watch delivered was non functional, called your customer service they said it may be the battery, please get it replaced. so I get the battery replaced, works for 48 hours & the watch stops working again. as it was a gift, I had to face the embarrassment from my relatives that i gacve them a cheap watch which does not work. A product that should have been working in the first place.No Quality Check Done certificate or assurance sticker on the product too. When I ask for a replacement, Your stocks are over as always & you offer me a refund, I did not buy this product from you to get a refund,nor so you that you refund the money & I face the embarrassment and wrath of my family. On the day of the refund, your system sends me an SMS saying that the product will be picked up before 7.00 pm, as always I expected you guys to pick it up on time, which you guys don`t, No notifications from you saying that it will be picked up late or on Monday. when I call the customer service to inquire why it was not picked up, the response is that the courier guy was too busy so he could not pick it up. If the courier person is busy its his responsibility to communicate to me or you that he cant pick it up. Eventually the watch is picked up on Monday and i was refunded the Money – Understanding the issue that I have already gifted it to someone, you should have gone ahead and arranged for a replacement & the best part is that piece was on display on Flipkart when I asked for a replacement I was promised a call back to make me understand why this is happening – Assurance was provided by the customer service reps – Harish Chandra Joshi & Prakash D
