I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD A116 phone from Flipkart. com on 14.10.2013. The phone stopped functioning from 21.11.2013. it was given to Micromax service centre on 22.11.2013. 3 weeks have passed, Micromax or Flipkart could not resolve the problem or return the phone. Flipkart website clearly mentions about the replacement guarantee and product warranteey. But in spite of several phone calls or email, nothing has happened.
