I purchased the Microsoft WMM 1000 Wireless Optical Mouse online from Flipkart. on 6th June 2013 Mouse had stopped working from month of November and I called flipkart customer care to get the contact details where I can replace the mouse.as its warranty is one year. First I called on Microsoft helpline to get the details but they refused and told me that you have to contact where i have purchased the product. Then i again called on Flipkart to get the dealer details.They gave me the address of dealer but i tried several times on the numbers but no one is responding on the numbers I am chasing with Flipkart from last one month and locked several complaints but every time they are sending the same address of dealer. Below are the complaint numbers locked with Flipkart.com 131129014922 131204008194 131210025388 Now I am getting harassed and want to file a case against Both Microsoft and Flipkart , please let me know if anything required from my side

I want to replace the mouse and harassment fine to flipkart for harassing the customer
