I have bought a laptop from flipkart. Company offers a return policy of 30days if your are not satisfied with the product. My laptop is not working properly since the first day I received the item, I have tried to call/email them about the issue but their response is always the same that they will get a tech team to help but that never happened. Please help me get my laptop replaced.
