I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 from your website. At first it seemed all right, although after using it for about 5-7 days, I started facing problems with the phone. At first the phone use to hang a little bit and then suddenly it went dead. When I took the phone to the Nokia service center, they told me that phone had already been opened and repaired. When I contacted the Customer Service, I was shocked at the response I was given. No one listened to my problems at all. The answer I got from the representative and the supervisor was “You bought the phone now its your problem or Nokia’s problem”. A totally negligent and carefree customer service. When I first wrote in as a complaint, the dealer who had sent me the phone via Flipkart, contacted me and said that bring the phone to his area (Mayur Vihar) and he will get it swapped. I gave him the phone on September 21st and since then I have not got even the new phone or my phone back.
Please I want my phone to be either replaced or want my money back. I am following up with all of them (Flipkart,dealer and Nokia service center) since August end but didn’t get any positive response.
