I have booked a book named India wins freedom on 20th with flipkart.com and paid the amount by debit card at the same time they promised me to deliver it by 26th july but failed to deliver it by 26th when i inquired they again promised me to give the delivery by 30th but again they dindOt deliver the book and now they are not even responding niether they are calling me nor the courier team is eager to call me. Kindly help me out.

want the book with the penalty of at least the twice the cost of the book and an apology letter from the person concerned for the delay and for the lazy service.
