order id :OD40414019026 I have ordered the moto G balck 16 GB to my friend named kamal acharya with above order id . It has been more than one month the order is not delivered. i have been in touch with customer care for the last 4 weeks still no resolution . My complaint incident number is 140426-006312. I spoke to manager Gopal he happened to provide resolution by end of the day (05/15/2014). But he didnot get back to me .

I kindly request to refund the money or provide the new mobile along with compensation of 30% of the total amount paid.
