I have ordered online (order no OD31128003226)a dress on 28th November till now I didn’t received the same, the delivery location mentioned by me was Ranchi and their website show that they will deliver in 3 working days. till now 9th Dec 2013) I did not received the order. When I ask on 7th Dec, they told that by maximum 9th Dec you are going to recive the same, When I asked on 9th Dec, they told by tommorow. When i shouted on them they told they don’t know where the item is, and they told by 19 Dec you can expect the delivery.,

I want them to be pusinshed by government as they are making fake promises and if that not possible atleast a compensation which make them to think twice that they did not repeat in future
