I wanted to buy an iball 16gb hybrid pendrive for my samsung galaxy tab3. i contacted to flipkart to check whether pendrive is compatible with tab or not.when i got answer in positive i made a purchase by paying cash on delivery.but it was not compatible to i raised a request for return
i filled the complaint on 10-Dec-2013 and got complaint number and then after 6-7 calls made by me one representative came and received their product on 17-Dec-2013 and i was promised that amount will be refunded into your account within 7-10 days. i did not get the refund by 25-Dec-2013 so i made a call on 26-Dec-2013 in morning and i was told that amount has been credited but by the evening i couldn’t get the amount then i made a call again and representative gave me complaint number which is 131226024752 and asked me to wait for one more day. till next day evening i did not get the amount and so i made a call again this time another representative told me to wait for one more day and gave me a new complaint number 131227024073. But till now i hadn’t received any amount.they are just putting me on hold each and every time whenever i call them and not refunding my amount
