Flipkart supplied me with a pair of heavily defected speakers after ordering it online & over that are not ready to replace after many complaints & requests,many representatives have entertained me & given assurances but none of them is giving the solution. also after lodging complaint mails to them they reply me with mails stating – PROBLEM RESOLVED, AS SUPPLIER IS NOT ABLE TO GIVE REPLACEMENT

I am expecting suitable compensation, might be in cash or in kind as i am tired of calling them & explaining my problem, BUT i am requesting you to sue the company as they are cheating the consumers by supplying cheap quality goods & by not giving replacement.BY ALSO GIVING & ADVERTISING FALSE COMMITMENTS. I AM ALSO ATTACHING MAIL CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME & THE COMPANY WITH REQUIRED ORDER ID’S & REFERENCE NOS.
