I ordered TP link modem from Flipkart( Order ID OD31030004302) on 24th Jul’13. This modem is still covered under warranty . On 13th May’14 some problem appeared on the modem for which i approached Flipkart for replacement. Flipkart asked us to get the replacement from service centre as the they don’t replace product after 30 days.As we don’t have service centre in our region i took it to a service centre at Kolkata for replacement, but as per their policy they replace product which is perched by any dealer in Kolkata. And they asked us to get it replaced from flipkart. Asking flipkart to replace giving this reason they say to sort it out with TP link ourself as they cant do anything if the product is more that 30 days old.
My product is not getting replaced because of which my lot of work is getting on hold. I had to buy a another modem temporary for running my day to day work. Also all the dealers and service centre said that if it was purchased with them they would have replaced. As it is purchased from Flipkart they can not replace and Flipkart should replace the product.
