The air conditioner purchased is different from what was delivered by flipkart and a replacement request was raised with them which was later on cancelled by them without informing me. and after that they had sent some to install the air conditioner and the engineer who installed the air conditioner did not do it properly which has lead to seepage in the wall so another complaint was raised with flipkart to fix the instillation issue. They had again sent the engineer to fix the instillation but the engineer said I will have to pay him again to get the instillation fixed. and now I have been sending mails since 18th May but there has been no response from flipkart.

The incorrect instillation of the air conditioner has lead to the seepage in the wall and it would at least cost me 5000 to 10000 rupees to get the wall fixed along with the correct instillation of the AC.
