I have ordered some books on Flipkart.com (order no. OD30609032927) on 9th June 2013. Till 17th June no books were delivered, instead they sent me a message that one book in my order is cancelled due to non-availability but it was available when I ordered. When I called them, they said that book is not available with the seller. When I told them it took them 8 days to find out that the book is not available, they had no answer. Flipkart has shown an irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour in this matter.
Due to unnecessary delay and cancellation of one of the book in the order, I have faced problems. The book was available when I ordered how can they tell me that it is unavailable. They should have informed me earlier, I would have ordered from some other website.
They should send me the book I ordered or provide with compensation apart from refund since this an issue of unnecessary delay in service in spite of the payment.
