i have ordered being human trousers through flipkart, they have cancelled the order by them self and saying that we have cancelled the order. even though they dn’t have any call record of ours asking them to cancel the order. above all 3 days back it was showing branch misrouted for the same order. i dn’t understand how can they say branch misreported when they have delivered a courier on the same address through same courier service a week back. flipkart has the worst customer service. i thought of buying a laptop through them, but now i feel blessed that i have not ordered it through them. otherwise they’ll do the same thing for the laptop also.
to expedite the issue and to penalize them accordingly so that the same will not occur again with any consumer in future.
