I bought a Calvin Klien product on Flipkart.com about a month back. After receiving the order, I opened it after a few days of receiving. Since, I had used the same product before, I realized the perfume I got was fake. I quickly mailed this to the Flipkart customer care and they did not take any responsibility. Flipkart says I mailed them after 10 days so they won’t take any responsibility. The product is worth Rs 2100.
I want the product to be replaced with the original one and compensation for the distress they have caused during this complaint procedure.
