On Last August 12, I have ordered a mobile from flipkart.com after seeing offer of 10% cashback within 2 months when using State bank cards/netbanking(through their wallet system named ‘PAYZIPPI’). But until now I didn’t get the cash back. Several mail and phone communication has been done. Now they are saying ‘Net banking’is not eligible for cash back. I’ve submitted the proof of the offer statement. Still they are not keeping the words. Contacted many times by mail to cs@flipkart.com. The conversation and their response is available with me. Need the offered cash back. Require adequate compensation for the lost time and mental depression experienced for about two weeks by fighting against the company
