Hello Sir/Madam, I bought a white Micromax Canvas HD A-116 from flipkart.com on June 16. Initially performance of product was good, but suddenly it started showing rebooting problem on June 18. After contacting service center, i was told that there was a problem with PCB of the mobile. I was wondering how can a vital part of the mobile went bad without any wrong doing by me. I submitted the mobile to service center, they are also not responding properly.

I request you to take strict action against Micromax as they are marketing their product in comparison with smartphones launched by other companies like samsung,emphasizing on the fact that their product is much cheaper than the others with same quality standards. This is false aligation, due to which many people like me are getting fooled.
