I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Z510 (59-405848) Notebook(4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 1TB 8GB SSD/ Win8.1/ 1GB Graph) (Dark Chocolate) from flipkart.com on 15-08-2014. At that time there is a cash back offer of 10% and maximum Rs.3000 on SBI Debit/Credit card. The next day, 16-08-2014 I contacted the customer care of flipkart.com, seeking when will my cash back credited to my bank account. They said it will be credited to bank account on 17-oct-2014. When recently contacted customer care of flipkart.com to know status of cash back offer, they saying that you are not eligible for cash back offer . They saying you paid using flipkart wallet and debit card you are not eligible. yes i used debit card and flipkart wallet.after redemption of my balance flipkart wallet i used SBI debit card for payment. flipkart wallet is like coupon some what like, its flipkart own thing. and conversation with agent next also confirmed that i will get cash back on 17-Oct-2014. if they said you are not eligible for that offer I will not buy that from flipkart. I bought only because of that. So I humbly request you, sir, to make solution..

I want money back not only the offer price but also for what I have experienced with flipkart . Totally I want arount Rs.25000, since it is a big brands cheating
