Hello Sir/Madam, I have ordered Lava Iris mobile in Flipkart with order # OD40812014898 The mobile with defect I called customer care and they said they will be arranging for replacement , but still the system showing as return requested however I have not received the same yet and am not getting proper response from them.Please resolve this asap
