I have received the damaged product. Regarding this damaged product issue I have called flipkart for product replacement they assured that the product would get replaced with new product by 5th of November but no has come to my home replace the product . again I have called flipkart regarding the replacement but there is no proper information with flipkart. I was cheated by the above addressed seller. Please do justice for me.
I demand a compensation of 5000rs for the damaged product I received. As well I demand a compensation of 10000rs for the mental torture I had gone through due to irresponsible acts of the customer care executives of the concerned seller.
