Flipkart – Defective mobile – Refund Procedure delayed

After received the product, next day i had made a call to flipcart costumer care for defective piece(The speaker is not working). They have agreed the refund because of unavailability of same item product. They said that once we get our product back to their concern person & he will confirm to them that it is received. Then they will refund my money. But again they will take another 5 to 7 days. Even though this policy has not mentioned anywhere in their system. The person supposed to come on 19th-09-14. But he has not come. Also my birth day is on 20th. This frustrating for me. Kindly take serious action regarding the same.

It is first time i am buying such a costly phone. I wanted to take the delivery before my birthday but it resulted in shear frustration. Lat 2 days i am calling flipcart’s call center every now and then and pleading for my money.
