I purchased RED MI 1S from Flipkart and found a defective piece with operating system hanging. Now i want to give it back to flipkart and take my refund back as per thier Friendly Return Policy Now flipkart is denying to refund my amount against thier policy
I lost my Rs. 6000 for a defected piece and now flipkart is denying to pay back my money. Pls help
