I purchased a hard disk from Flipkart of company Buffalo in September 2013 and it malfunctioned in January 2014. I lodged a complaint with Buffalo Hard Disk Services and they ignored it and sent me a fake mail that a parcel service will arrive to pick up the hard disk, but no such person arrived. After one month they are informing me that they have no service center in India and they can help me on this issue even when my hard disk is in warranty period.

I want them to get my hard disk repaired as soon as possible and I want FLIPKART to stop endorsing such products or advertising products for which there are no service center available in India and warranty has no means
