This is regarding order no OD202663810355061000 I purchased one Asus mobile. They delivered defective and damaged phone . When I told about this damaged and defective phone the responded very weakly . They refused to refund/ replacement. Which states that Flipkart send me the defective phone purposefully to cheat me. Atleast I complained around more than 30 times and every time they just responded that they are looking into this matter and needful will be done. Finally yesterday they rejected my issues which was very disappointing to me. Due to negligence of flipkart I went through lot of mental pressure and as a result my study got affected. I need strict action against this company so that in near future they cannot cheat the innocent costumer. I need my refund for this phone and 2000 rupees for such painful inconvenience as earliest as I have already suffered a lot. Thanks . seeking for justice.
