I placed an online order on Flipkart amounting to Rs.1100/- on 24-10-2015. Payment was done partly through a gift card (Rs.1000/-) and net banking (Rs.100/-) Order did not complete even though amount was debited from my account. I again attempted completing the order and the same thing repeated. My order did not confirm. Then I talked to your customer care executive for refund of the amount and asked for cancellation of the order. I received the cancellation confirmation mail on oct 28. As per the mail amount should have reflected in my account in 2-3 working days if paid via net banking. But that has not been received yet. Below are the details of my transaction. 1) Is it a debit/Credit card transaction or a net banking transaction? Net banking 2) Name of the Bank- sbi 3) Exact Transaction Amount-1100 4) Transaction Date- 24/10/2015 5) Approximate Transaction time- 6:25pm 6) E-Gift Voucher / Gift card number – 1000730030359532 If required I can forward my bank statement to you. Kindly resolve this soon.
