To Flipkart, This is to inform that I had ordered for Moto G mobile phone through Flipkart on thursday and after opening the parcel I found out that the mobile inside it was missing. The parcel box has all other accessories like charger , earphones and instruction booklets, but the phone inside is missing. The online tracking shows that the order was delivered at 6:47 pm, but in reality it was delivered only after 7:30 pm. My Order ID is OD40808095328. I have followed up with the concerned person for customer care, but have not received any solid assurance that the same will be delivered shortly. Such ridiculous act is not expected by flipkart and I will be taking a legal action by filing a police complaint tomorrow itself in case if I do not get an assurance of getting a new phone in writing.

I want my Phone delivered. I have paid my amount through credit card
