I ordered Fila Caliber Running Shoes and American Tourister Backpack from Flipkart online shopping having order no. OD30625000598 on 25-06-2013. But the Fila Caliber Running Shoes not fit for me, as per the flipkart policy I mailed them for replacement on next day of receiving the item and they are agreed for pickup of the same item. But I did not receive any confirmation I called them back after two days and then they deny to pickup the item and told me you have to send the item yourself but I deny for that because I received the item at my door and they have to arrange the pickup. After no. Of time calling by me and email they arranged the pickup service for me on 10 July, 2013 Via Blue Dart on the address which they mentioned vis email. But they are not agreeing that they received the item. No. Of times I emailed them but always they reply that they are arranging pickup service. Even today (15-07-2013)I received call from flipkart (8067982008) but the person said we donot have any information of recieving your item. I made no. of calls and e mail from 25-06-2013 to 15-07-2013,but they are not giving any satisfactory response.
As Shoes is not fit for me. As per their policy they have to change/exchange it. But they are damaging my time and giving harshment to me from 15-06-2013.
I want a replacement of Shoes or return my all money.
