Flipkart – Order Cancellation + Late Delivery

I placed an order for Asus Zenfone 450cg with the order ID ODA6881037694JZSFN00 at Flipkart.com. It was confirmed on 7th September, 2014 and due to be delivered by 12th September, 2014. But on 10th September, 2014 I was informed that the order was cancelled as courier partner was unable to deliver. The refund was initiated and no date was given. Only after I raised a complaint did they give me a date and finally on 19th September the amount was refunded. However, my 7K was stuck till this time and I urgently needed a phone. Their abrupt cancellation was highly disappointing, especially 2 days before the delivery date. Still, I placed another order for Moto G (2nd gen) with the order ID ODA7221073414TTWQC00 from Flipkart. It was confirmed on 11th September, 2014 and due to be delivered by 16th September, 2014. But Flipkart came down to its unethical behavior once more and the product was not delivered to me. I raised a complaint on that date and on 17th September was told that it will be delivered by 21st. However, it is embarrassing that I received a call on 19th September and was told that it will be delivered by 25th September.

I want compensation for the time wasted and the money that was stuck. I want the phone to be delivered as soon as possible.
