I have ordered a Moto G mobile phone on flipkart site on October 06, 2014. The payment was done through credit card. The due date was displayed on site was October 28, 2014. The consignment was shipped on October 08, 2014 but i receive the message on October 13, 2014 that the order was cancelled. I speak to customer care executive, they told the order was cancelled due to misplaced by courier agency. I requested this was not the error on my part hence shipment cancellation was rejected. They provide me new airway bill no. which was also not update after October 17, 2014. I continue follow up with flipkart customer care team about the status of the consignment but they were not aware about the where was consignment. They continue told me the product will be delivered on due date but the same was not done. After due date when i contacted again they give me new date which was November 01, 2014. The product was also not delivered on November 01, 2014 now they told me about new delivery date which was November 03, 2014. I contacted him again then they appear with a new date which is November 05, 2014. I Surprised, they have taken almost 1 month to be delivered the product in India. The company is using my money without providing the goods. Please take appropriate action against flipkart. They are not serious about to deliver the buyer consignment. Every time they regret but not taken any action about delivered the buyer product on time. They are playing with buyer emotions.
