I have ordered for 2 books(digital war & Brainfluence) from flipkart.com on 22nd December vide order no.-OD21222012611 & 2 books(Expirential marketing & Bantul Samagra) on 9th December vide order-OD21209190227. Out of these 4 books i have received till date only Bantul Samagra. time schedule for delivery as mentioned in their website is given below 1. Digital war-in 2-3 buisness day(ordered on 25th yet to receive) 2. Expirential marketing-8 buisness day(ordered on 9th december yet to receive ) 3.Brainfluence-8 buisness day(ordered on 22nd december yet to receive ) i have writeen several mails on 20th, 29th Dec 1st and 3rd Jan each time a flimsy excuse was provided and another 2-3 buisness days time was asked for solving the problem. But nothing materialized.In between they have sent a mail informing me about delay of 8 days without assigning any concrete reason. they are suppose to provide tracking id on their website but unfortunately they are never updated. Even after their supposed shipment of two books on 25th they are yet to reach me even after 10 days. Today they are informing me that for the first book(digital war) they are once again starting the process as it could not be tracked. i am totally exhausted by this whimsical delivery schedule. i think proper steps must be taken against these type of fraudulent websites who dupe customers and enjoy advance payment without any concern for customer you are requested to take up proper steps to solve the issue.
