I bought PUMA shoes from Flipkart on 16 Oct 2014 and the order ID is OD301032598859107700. It’s been around 8 months, I am using it, and now the shoes sole get started tearing. What is the benefit to spend around Rs. 2000/- for the branded shoes which is not durable. I approach flipkart about the product, but they said their retailer has no repair/refund/replacement policy after 30 days. Either retailer sales duplicate product or may Puma manufactured cheap products. Kindly raise complaint at your end and help me.

I would need my shoes get replaced and send a warning letter to them for manufacturing cheap products.
