I’ve ordered a Xiaomi Mi3 phone from online retail shop FLIPKART.com (order id OD300943620600781300). The product i received was damaged, so i requested for replacement of the product. They picked up my damaged product from the address- “United College Of Engineering & Research & United Institute Of Management A31, Upsidc Industrial Area, Naini” and they never replaced it. When i asked them about my product replacement they replied” The product is already been delievered to some other address and now they can’t do anything about it”.
