Product not delivered to me on baseless ground. They asked for IEMI or Serial number of Tablet exchange offer. I provided the Serial number based on which the Website accepted the offer and I made the order successfully. But the delivery boy did not delivered the product probably because I did not accepted his unethical offer “Sell the old product to me instead of exchanging it with Flipkart“. He gave excuse of IEMI mismatch and di not bother to check the Serial Number. Raised the same I complaint with Flipkart, but they, instead of taking the real complaint, giving excuse of IEMI mismatch. Nowhere they are accepting my complaint against the Delivery Boy. Just giving false promises through SMS.
Faced ill treatment from Delivery Boy Flip kart’s not treating me as with equal treatment which is my right as a customer. Law does not permit them to treat different customers differently.
Want the product immediately as promised. If cannot provide the product, give me money back immediately along with highest legally permitted compensation for mental agony and misbehavior Accept my real complaint instead of giving me false excuses and promises Take action against the Delivery Boy for his misbehavior
