I have purchased one of the products Semi- Automatic Machine model# NA-W65B2RRB from Flipkart against order# OD404760 701420831 000 on 23-Dec-2015 and I have been facing issue with the product from the day 1. I have raised the complaint to Flipkart in the same month only and they arranged visit from Panasonic Team in order to fix the problem however after having 4-5 visits they are not able to fix the problem. I requested Flipkart to refund my money back as you guys are selling scrap products on their site and not helping to their customers. They are listening and always giving assurance that your problem will be fixed soon but no results received as of now. In nutshell, Flipkart is not able to solve my query and denying to return my money. I have already told them that I don’t need any more visits from Panasonic side as I would not be able to trust on the brand and the product which I have purchased just 2 months ago and told them to process my refund asap. Need your intervention in order to get my money back. Your early response would be greatly appreciated and have a great day ahead.
