I have ordered a Hp laptop, Serial No: 5CD4232J7S (HP 14-v015TU Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Win8.1) (J3Z65PA)) from Flipkart order ID: OD203102635723787000 on 13th June 2015 and received it on 18th June. When I checked with HP service center, they told me that this is a old product and has been sold on 9th July 2014 and its warranty is going to expire soon. So, My question is if this product has been delivered to me as a new one, how this is registered since July 2014 and its warranty is about to expire. This is clear cut a fraud, which Flipkart is doing to its million of customers. I have faced similar issue in past also.

Flipkart is keep on doing this fraud and it is not just me who is victim of this. There are million of Indians who has suffered because of this including me. In past also I have received a electronic product and when it stopped working I took it to service station and they told that warranty for this product is already over. We Indians generally don’t bother about that and leave such kind of fraud as I did earlier and these big brands take generous behavior of us and utilize it for their profit and earn billions of dollar (by selling old product on name of new one and charging for new products) but this should be stopped and someone has to challenge them else they won’t stop. Coming to consequences: Now all of us is against corruption and want all corrupt people behind bar. This is also a form of corruption and I want justice for this.
