i buy a karbonn titanium s2 mobile from flipkart 18-10-2013. this product have very poor quality and now in this product have problem . mobile touch screen functionality not working. i went to karbonn service centre at yamuna vihar delhi then they told me submit your phone for 45 days there are many customer which saying they submit our mobile amount 3-4 month and not geeing good response always said next date so i was not submitted mobile and i have not time for 45 days and not time for going to again and again for mobile then who is compensation my job leave if i go and wait . so please help me for this problem. 45 days is very log time and not confirmed they doing well so need exchange phone or refund money
