I have ordered a VideoconA45 Black colored phone via flipkart on 27/07/2013. I received the courier on 03/08/2013. The invoice number(e-Sugam No. Elite/8910/2013-14) says it is black phone, even the outer cover says black color.. But, when I opened the box, I saw a white color phone. But, I have signed he courier before opening the box, as I believed the invoice says its black phone inside. I got a response from flipkart, they are saying that the item cannot be replaced by Gadget-Guru(seller). Flipkart and Gadget-Guru cheated me.

I want the black colored VideoconA45 phone to me or atleast the refund of Rs.379.. White phone costs Rs.5811, black phone costs Rs.6190 When I opened the box, I realized that I have been cheated by the clever Flipkart and cunning Gadget-Guru..
