Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I have send a courier by Flyking Courier from RAIPUR to PATNA with C.NO: 203962120 on 19/12/2013 to receiver Shri Ashok Kumar. This courier is not delivered at the address till date. On 25/12/2013, when I called their Raipur office, after inquiring they told be that the docket has been delivered on 25/12/2013. But actually It was not delivered at the address. So, they gave me the number of Patna office(Jamal Road). When I called there the person said that they cannot deliver the docket at the address and the person has to pick from our office or it will be returned back. Firstly, the address pin-code-800002 is mentioned in the list of serviceable location at Flyking’s website so the customer can assume that it will be delivered. Secondly, If there is any kind of problem in the delivery, it is company’s responsibility to contact either sender or the receiver. But in this case they didn’t even bother to call anybody and on calling from my side they told you have to pick from the office and we don’t call the customer. I have sent an email to company’s head office on 26/12/2013 for complaining but I have not received any kind of reply So, I request you to kindly look into the matter. Regards, Vivek Sinha.
