I booked my air ticket from Pune-Delhi-Amritsar hence and forth for (4-april-2014 to 14-april-2014) on 14-feb-2014 with flymantra.com. My booking id is FLY14029984.I used CitiBank debit card for making transaction. My e-ticket was not generated within 30 minutes as required. Instead, i got mail of last minute charges escalation by Rs.3604. As per mail,i was either supposed to pay these charges or i could get my whole amount refunded. I demanded amount refund via mail. There is no source of communication with them other than mail. Their customer care number is never available for service. I got only 1 response mail from their end stating my amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days. But till date i have not received my amount back. I sent many mails later to get their response but all in vain. Even after they sent mail of escalated charges, their website was reflecting same charges for this itinerary. I am attaching proofs along with this complaint.

I want my whole amount back into the same account with no deduction of charges.
