On 28th of April, 2012, I purchased two mattresses of Jindal Escapades from M/s Foam House Kirti Nagar New Delhi for a sum of Rs. 13500/- bearing 12 years warranty with 3 years full replacement warranty. The mattresses have lost their shape and broken from different places. I contacted over phone the said dealer Foam House (Phone no 011-25923712) who states that he has no liability and should contact directly the Company, M/s Jindal Paddings Pvt. Ltd. At the time of sale of the mattresses the said dealer had stated that in the event of any complaint I should contact him and he would arrange for the enforcement of the warranty by the said company. 2. During the last over three months I tried to contact the said company M/s Jindal Paddings Pvt. Ltd. on all their available phone nos. i.e 1800 180 1151, 9911523233, 9990203601, 0124-4393300/4422800/4086405/4422850 and e-mails i.e. sanjaysingh@jindalescapades.com and ppc@jindalescapades.com to lodge my grievance regarding the mattresses. However there is no response from the said company. The said dealer now says that the said company is cheat and fraud and he has stopped selling its product. 3. The aforesaid conduct of the company, M/s Jindal Paddings Pvt. is not honouring its warranty and the conduct of the dealer selling it products on false promise and assurance would amount to criminal breach of trust and cheating and fraud.

I request that the said dealer M/s Foam House, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi and the company M/s Jindal Paddings Pvt Ltd. may be directed to refund me the aforesaid amount of Rs. 13500/- and damages amounting to Rs.10000/- on account of harassment and mental agony caused to me.
