i am idea celluler users last 1 an half years. i dont want to activate callertune on my mobile but one calls came in my mobile dated on 05/05/2010, mobile no. +91970892206 she told me there is compnay promotion campaign your no. is selected for free callertune for three month, no any monthly rental, and downloading charge but i tell u her i dont want calletune on my cell but she ask me why sir company has selected only few customers to activate without charges callertune. she said sir i activete callertune on your mobile please tell my which song do you like. afterthat she has done callertune on my mobile. i have checked my balance 7/05/2010, Rs 75/- 15/- deducted.
when i have complained on customer care Dated on 8/05/2010(Complain No. 18323443353) he said that your problem will solve on 10/05/2010.
10/05/2010 problem not solved, customer care executive saying your money is not retuned because of callertune activeted behalf of your call on your moble and your permission.

So, i request you to solve my problem and return my deducted amount on my mobile No. 9708440251. because of charges not telling her.
