Force rejection of Port-out request

WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN,
I am having an airtel prepaid connection (9892592006), and I had placed a request for Port-out dated 25th Jan.,2012. I want to shift my connection to Tata Docomo. On 27th Jan,2012 , I received a call from an Airtel customer care representative asking me the reasons for port-out. He suggested me some schemes so as to retain me in Airtel but I clearly stated ‘no’ for all of them and continued with my Port-out request. On 29th Jan.,2012, I had called customer care regarding some issue relating to my balance and I came to know that my Port-out request has been cancelled forcefully by the Airtel customer representative, and I cannot register another request for next 3 months.
I am really upset with this kind of behavior wherein in order to retain the customer, the representative forcefully cancels the Port-out request, disabling the customer to take any action for next 3 months.
Kindly take the necessary actions regarding the same at your earliest enabling me to opt for a Port-out.
