Today morning I got an SMS that I am being given a caller Tune and shall be debited Rs.15 (every month). SMS said that i had to send a SMS “CANCAL” to 12828 within 2 hours to cancel the Tune.

I tried but it did not work.

I even contacted customer service, who told me a way to cancel it, but it again doesnt work.

First I didnt apply, secondly I am debited for Rs.15 without any reason and thirdly I cant cancal it now.

Kindly advise.
