My Airtel No. for which the complaint is: 9831735210
I have had airtel prepaid connection since 2003, but recently I started receiving numerous marketing messages and JOKES, which are extremely annoying. No to mention I never subscribed for the JOKES. After repeated deactivations, by calling customer care as well as sending ‘UNSUB’ messages, I still keep getting the JOKES and every month Rs.30/- is forcibly deducted.
What is going on here? This is just not acceptable. I not only want you to stop this, but also refund all the amounts that have been deducted for this, at the earliest.
