I,Ankush Sood(Plaintiff) had hired the lawyer Mr. Subhash Vermani for the civil case (case no.207/1 of 09 dated 05-12-2008,in the court of civil judge (Sr.division)Solan,distt.solan HP) filed against Mr. Ravi Bhutani (Defendant,regarding the forcible and illegal possession of the shop of plaintiff by defendant.but the case was dismissed by the Honorable court on dated 06-10-2009.this happens as the court fees of the case was not deposited by my lawyer Mr. Subhash Vermani. The lawyer already received the payment (Rs.6000/)from me.and he also assured me about the case is in running and in well condition.I continuously payed him fees (approx.Rs 15,000 to 20,000 from the year 2008 to the mid of year 2012)for the case,till I get the confirmation about the dismissal of case and receiving the zimini order(having the objection of court fees not deposited) of the case on mid of year 2012. My lawyer Mr.subhash Vermani has done a scam and fraud with me.

(1) Approx.Rs 15,000 to 20,000 from the year 2008 to the mid of year 2012. (2) Four year loss for the case,which is already dismissed in six months. (3) Mentally harassed. (4) Not even a single lawyer from this court,can fight a case against him.

I don’t know what to do against the lawyer Mr.subhash Vermani.please cooperate and take necessary action.
