I have book Four Wheeler Model “Ford Ecosport 1.5 Trend Petrol Version” from Ms Cargo Motors (GUJ.) PVT LTD, CG Road, Ahmedabad on 13-jul-2013 with condition that vehicle insurance will be taken by myself. They have given 6 month waiting period. On 18-11-2013 they have offer me to allocate vehicle by making telephone call to me. When I approach for complete the formality of payment and other work to their office, they say that you have to compulsory take insurance from us as we are giving you vehicle as somebody else is not taking delivery. Also I inquired about RTO, Ahmedabad passing charges to be paid. I found it almost four thousand five hundred more then what RTO officially charge. Then I have a doubt on four items they have quoted in their latest price sheet for over quoting namely (1) RTO TAX+Temp Reg Charge+Final Reg Charge+N. Plate Charge. Abbreviated to RTO passing. (2) Insurance (3) Essential Pack (4) 3M car care package. Due this doute I ask him by registered A.D letter on 23-11-2013 that whether Insurance, RTO Passing, Essential Pack & 3M Car Care Package is compulsory to be taken from you in either normal or out of turn allocation in writing. The reg. ad letter recived by them on 25-11-2013. Till date I have not given any answer to me in writing. My grievance is that M/s Cargo Ford is detecting their terms by virtually not answering my question in writing and offer me vehicle only on condition that I have to take insurance from them only. Here I want to make you attention to fact that as per rule and regulation of government it is not compulsory to do RTO passing and take Insurance from dealer of the vehicle.
