Dear Sir, On the 14th of July 2013 I had my booked A ford Ecosport Ambiente Diesel with Harpreet Ford Dilshad Garden. At the service reception i was informed that the car had a 2 month waiting period. I booked the car readily and while filling out the forms my waiting period was written as ‘2-3 months’. On being asked why this was done the representative said sometimes slight delays occur in the car delivery. I nevertheless carried on with my booking. After keeping on pestering the representative to give me the car i was informed around the 25th of sept to complete my loan formalities and as soon as the money came into the company’s account i would get the car in another 15 days. The money was transferred on the 1st of october at 3 50pm. On calling the representative on the 3rd of the same month she said she had’nt got the money. Then when i persisted she checked the records and said the money had arrived. I did not say anything. On the 3rd of october she said the first car that would come to the showroom would be given to us. I had a talk with her yesterday and now shes saying that i will be able to get the delivery of the car only by the first week of december. From the 1st of november i will start to pay my EMI’s for the car which i havent even got and driven. I am a common man without any sources and links into the high world. It pains me to see the ecosport on the road increasing day by day and my companys executives assuring me that there are no available cars. I do not and can not believe that a company like Ford has not given a single Ford Ecosport Ambiente Diesel to this specific showroom since the 1st of Oct and does not plan on giving them till December.
